These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Surya88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://surya88.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support functions offered therein.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on Surya88. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Surya88 may close all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time access codes with any other party. Surya88 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC documentation: Surya88 may, at any time and for any reason, request that you submit identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, unlocking a promotion, or continuing Account access. Acceptable documents include (but are not limited to): Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bills or bank statements as proof of address. The Platform and all content therein are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Surya88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency remediation without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier section for current minimums.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own legal name and which were previously used to fund your Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed in under five minutes; bank transfers in 5–60 minutes.
• Surya88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding stated thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms, Surya88 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation. Players will be notified of the hold and provided with a reference timeframe for resolution.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Surya88 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal times.

Surya88 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players as specified in the promotion's individual terms. Eligibility may be restricted based on account status, geography, payment method used, or game type played.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a designated bonus balance and are subject to minimum wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated for each promotion. Any Bonus Funds remaining at expiry will be forfeited without notice.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All sports betting, casino games, lottery, and arcade products offered on Surya88 are governed by individual game or market rules published within each product area of the Platform. The following general principles apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been accepted by the system, except where a specific "cash out" feature is available and explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by a technical fault, Surya88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Where Surya88 has paid out winnings based on an erroneous outcome, the overpaid amount may be recouped from the Player's Account balance.
• For live in-play betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches), bets placed after a relevant event has occurred (e.g., a goal scored before a bet was accepted) may be voided if Surya88 determines the market was not appropriately suspended at the relevant time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Surya88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in "arbitrage" or "sure-betting" strategies solely designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between Surya88 and other operators, in a manner that constitutes systematic abuse rather than ordinary betting activity;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or data integrity;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversal of a legitimate payment made to Surya88.

Surya88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to Surya88;
• Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Where a Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme;
• Where a Player's Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of Account closure due to Prohibited Conduct, Surya88 reserves the right to withhold any balance and to apply it against any losses, claims, or administrative costs arising from the breach. In cases of closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Surya88 customer support. A voluntary closure request will be processed within three (3) business days, provided there are no pending transactions or open bets.

• Loss of data or information;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Surya88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Surya88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notification on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
